There is a plethora of social networks vying for our attention - Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare to name a few. Many of us have questions about this. How will it impact my business? What should I do? How can I demonstrate return on investment?

Kate Carruthers is a marketer, technologist, educator and strategist. She currently works as a business strategy consultant specialising in digital strategy. Kate has also worked as an educator in the tertiary & TAFE sectors. She also has extensive experience in senior IT roles in enterprise and government organisations. Anne Bartlett-Bragg
Anne Bartlett-Bragg is Managing Director of Headshift Australasia (http://www.headshift.com/). Anne Bartlett-Bragg specialises in the creation of innovative learning environments for organisations with social software. Her passion is e-Learning, and as an early adopter has been working in this medium since 1996 where she has been involved with the design and development of technology enhanced learning initiatives for a number of clients.

Lachlan "Warlach" Hibbert-Wells
Lachlan has been involved with social media and digital communications for some time, originally through a thesis at the University of Technology, Sydney, focused on changing modes of interaction and technology, and later through a number of roles in companies and agencies. More recently Lachlan was head of social media for the global Earth Hour campaign and is currently freelancing for a range of clients with a Sydney-based agency.

Bronwen Clune
Bronwen works as a web strategist at Pollenizer. She has a unique perspective, having both worked as a journalist - the last four years specialising in online media - and founding her own collaborative media web start-up.
Working with clients to develop a focussed online strategy, Bronwen likes to draw on her own experience to deliver a creative and disciplined approach to projects. As a consultant she’s helped a number of companies create and implement successful online strategies, as well as oversee larger web-based projects. She’s also an accomplished writer and has been known to dabble in the occasional podcast.
Outside of work, Bronwen acts as an online consultant on a number of advisory boards, including the Public Interest Journalism Foundation, a non-profit organisation, which has a number of online driven projects looking to support the future of journalism.
